I’m going to be living alone and fending for myself again quite soon, so today’s infographic is to do with cooking. I might actually print this out and stick it on my wall.
I eat a LOT of vegetables, if left to my own devices. Vegetables and fish are generally what my diet settles into when I’m alone. However, cooking vegetables and fish isn’t that easy all the time – if you’re me, anyway. I served mostly raw broccoli to a dinner party once. And everyone HATES limp, overcooked vegetables, right?
