I wrote a short book called MAGPIES & MERMAIDS, and when I tweeted a line from it, an illustrator thought it was so beautiful (aw shucks!) that he’s illustrating the entire thing.
That magical man’s name is Simon McLaren, and on Twitter he goes by the name of McMoonDog (as you do). Check out his Facebook also. A visual designer and illustrator hailing from Manchester in the UK, we nearly met in real life once but sadly didn’t. It will happen soon!
